C# 소켓의 포트를 동적으로 변경하기

Socket의 SetSocketOption 메소드를 사용하고 다시 바인드를 시키면 됨

socket.SetSocketOption(SocketOptionLevel.Socket,SocketOptionName.ReuseAddress, true);
